Here are 3 designs that can be created to fit alongside your engagement ring.
With your engagement ring being made with a unique design it means your wedding ring will need its own unique design. This is where we start with 3 designs to work out which one is best suited for you.
1. Curve cut out of the band
Cutting the curve in the band means we can shape the curve perfectly so the bands sit
together like they were made for each other. Depending on how much we need to curve in the band, it may need to be quite thick. If you like thinner bands the next one will be better for you.
2. Curve the band
Having the band curved can mean that the curve can be big or small depending on how far out your engagement ring setting sticks out. This is a great design if you only need a little curve just to help them sit together. It’s ideal if you will be needing to wear them separentley for work, with only the slight curve it won't be so noticeable.
3. Flat top to sit underneath
Do you have an engagement ring with a big stone that sticks out to far to be able to have a ring curved into it? This one will be best for you. Having a seat on top of the ring can mean you can still have a normal round ring that can be wore to sit underneath.
Are you still asking yourself how do I know what shape and metal is best for me? The best thing about you already having a ring is that you have something to work with and don’t have to start from fresh. We will match the shape and thickness of your engagement ring so they sit perfectly together and also its always best to have the same metal so they don’t rub against each other.
You might still be wondering how do I know what will go well alongside my ring? They will all look different on so if you would like to arrange a meeting to try them on do get in touch and we can have a chat over a coffee.
